For over 20 years, Rebecca Rumsey has dedicated her career to holistic health, nutrition, and optimizing human performance. As a Certified Nutritionist, Holistic Health Coach, and Personal Trainer for elite athletes, she has helped individuals enhance recovery, improve endurance, and achieve peak performance through natural, science-backed solutions.
After experiencing a concussion in 2017, Rebecca was motivated to find a healthier, natural alternative to the prescription medications that were affecting her body and mind. She knew from her extensive background in health and wellness that there had to be a better way. This pivotal moment inspired her to focus on creating all-natural products to help the body heal and perform better without relying on artificial ingredients.
Her husband, Tomas Salava, a two-time national volleyball champion, had also struggled with the side effects of conventional sports supplements during his 20-year career. As he approached his 40s, he was looking for a clean, effective solution for muscle recovery and performance enhancement.
Together, Rebecca and Tomas embarked on a mission to create organic, performance-boosting formulas. They worked with top scientists and elite athletes, blending Rebecca’s expertise in holistic nutrition and personal training with Tomas’s deep knowledge of physiology and neurobiology. After five years of research and testing, Victory Elixir was born—organic muscle lotions that help with muscle recovery, reduce soreness, and eliminate aches and pains, all while supporting overall health.
Victory Elixir has since helped Olympians, triathletes, yogis, and weekend warriors push their limits and recover faster, all without the toxic ingredients found in traditional sports products.

Tomas Salava
Two-time national champion in indoor and beach volleyball as well as currently in the fervour of training for the 2021 Olympics, Tomas Salava understands the needs of the elite athlete and the necessity to find the world’s best tools to produce the world’s best results. Powered by his intense, focused passion to take his game to the next level, with the knowledge that comes from 15 years of high-level playing, training and coaching around the world, Tomas joined forces with Rebecca Rumsey, leading scientists, and his vast network of elite athletes to formulate, test, refine, and ultimately deliver game-changing products designed to help you achieve your greatest performance.
Tomas holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education, and has extensive research in biomechanics, sports physiology, and sports psychology over his long career as an athlete.
Rebecca Rumsey
With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry as a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Holistic Health Coach, Rebecca Rumsey is devoted to empowering professional and amateur athletes alike, with the tools to optimize their performance. Utilizing her extensive background coaching high-level athletes and her life-long research focused on delivering peak performance, Rebecca teamed up with Tomas Salava, world-class scientists and a network of elite athletes to engineer the most powerful, plant-based performance and recovery products in the world.
Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition, she understands how to bring out the best in athletes, working with NFL players, WNBA players, Olympians, and many more over her 15+ years in the health and fitness industry. Raised by a family of athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, the value and importance of a healthy, active lifestyle is in her DNA.
