For more than 25 years, Rebecca Rumsey has dedicated her career to holistic health and optimizing human performance. Her work has spanned elite sports, wellness, and fertility, helping people support their health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
After experiencing a concussion in 2017, Rebecca set out to find a natural alternative to the prescription medications that were affecting her body and mind. With her background in holistic health, she knew there had to be a better way to support the body’s natural recovery.
At the same time, her husband, Tomas Salava, a two-time national volleyball champion, had spent more than 20 years striving to optimize recovery and performance throughout his athletic career. Together, Rebecca and Tomas shared a passion for helping people feel and perform at their best through natural solutions.
Combining Rebecca’s health background with Tomas’s knowledge of physiology, neurobiology, and elite athletic performance, they worked alongside leading scientists and professional athletes to research, test, and refine organic formulas made with potent, plant-based ingredients. After five years of development, Victory Elixir was born.
Today, Victory Elixir creates all-natural, organic muscle recovery products inspired by the power of nature. Tomas Salava
Two-time national champion in indoor and beach volleyball, Tomas Salava has spent more than 20 years competing, coaching, and studying human performance. His experience as both an athlete and coach has given him a deep understanding of what it takes to support recovery, resilience, and long-term performance.
Driven by a passion for natural, science-backed solutions, Tomas joined forces with Rebecca Rumsey, leading scientists, and a network of elite athletes to research, test, and refine Victory Elixir’s organic, plant based recovery formulas.
Tomas holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and has an extensive background in biomechanics, sports physiology, neurobiology, and sports psychology. He combines decades of athletic experience with scientific expertise to develop products that help people recover, move, and perform at their best.
Rebecca Rumsey
With more than 25 years of experience in holistic health and human performance, Rebecca Rumsey has dedicated her career to helping people optimize their health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Today, she specializes in helping couples optimize their fertility through a root cause approach while continuing her passion for supporting health, recovery, and performance.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has helped everyone from individuals and families looking to improve their health to NFL and WNBA players, Olympians, and other elite athletes striving for peak performance.
Rebecca co-founded Victory Elixir with her husband, Tomas Salava, to bring the same science-backed, holistic approach to muscle recovery. Their shared passion for human performance and natural health continues to guide the development of every Victory Elixir product.
